Requirements Engineering
Our foundational approach to development is centered on systematically managing tradeoffs essential for the successful launch of a novel product by honing and balancing the requirements. For instance, customer preferences for specific features may influence the regulatory strategy, which in turn could impact the overall business case. Key frameworks underpinning the program include:
- Trade-off Management: Balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
- Iterative Planning: Regularly revising the scope and strategy based on stakeholder inputs.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating risks early in the planning process.
We heavily promote prototyping and iterations to find the optimal product; these prototypes can be extremely simple low
fidelity mock ups for user feedback or full systems that are product representative (i.e BETA prototypes or Pre-Production units).
We use a state of the art requirements management platform to capture, refine and review the evolving requirements landscape
in a simple and efficient manner. No out of sync documents, spreadsheets and messy comment sections that need heavy manual attention and time consuming maintenance.
